Services and accommodations are available at no cost to all eligible Coconino Community College students. In order to be eligible for services or accommodations through Disability Resources, a student must:

  • Be admitted to CCC and be enrolled for the semester for which he or she is requesting services or accommodations
  • Have a disability that substantially limits one or more major life activity, e.g., walking, talking, learning, hearing, seeing, etc.
  • Provide current and appropriate documentation of their disability from a properly credentialed professional

For specific eligibility criteria, please refer to the Documentation Guidelines.

To register for services, students need to fill out Request for Support and either mail it or bring it to the Disability Resource office on the Lone Tree campus. Returning it to our office with the required documentation will expedite the speed in which the student is evaluated for services, a process that can take up to four weeks.
